While on the phone with them they said the only way to get off their list is to talk to Bank of America's Loan Modification Department and I was transferred to that department. The person I spoke to said this company is a third party and has nothing to do with B of A.
I have gotten daily calls for the past month from this company even on Christmas Eve. I want this stopped and will file complaints with whomever I need to file a complaint with.
