Walmart GE Capital Retail Bank, Creditor ge capital bank scam to still id orlando, Florida

i have recently applied for a walmart credit card two days later i get an email from capital bank with a link to click on to review there decision,after in went to that page it asked me for a walmart reference number along with the last 4 digits of my social security number and birthdate after i entered and hit submit it said the information i entered did not match our records please call 0000000000.

when i seen this number i new it was a fraud attempt because i have been getting spam calls from this number for a while and so has a lot of people been complaing about it also now they have my id and dont no what to do about it is there any laws to protect people from this.also i have been checking out reviews  about ge capital bank and a lot off people are getting ripped off! and both walmart and amazon are advertizing ge capital bank get now pay later card.i also think that ge capital bank has branches in india wich is even more scarry people are giving away info to another country.
