Walmart Money Card, GE Money Bank Green Dot I cancel a transaction with Western Union they refunded my money but walmart dosen't want to credit my account. Internet, California

So I was going to send some money to someone through western union but i realized i had used the wrong account i tried to cancel but it had gone through.  I did not want to use the particular card which was a walmartmoney card that i used to pay bills so didn't want to mix it up.  I called western union they told me they refunded the on and also advised me to call Walmart Money Card and let them know.  I called walmart to cancel the trasaction but they said they have to wait for it to post, that they can't do anything that it is a pin based transaction anyway i waited for it to post 3 days later

i called them to see if i can get my money back they said they don't have the money and that i should contact western union when i called western union they said they don't have the money that it was refunded to my walmart money card so now am confused who has my money am tired of all this running around i need help can someone help me.  This can't be legal how can they be playing with my money i need it to pay my bills.  I didn't purchase anything no one received the money i have nothing to show for that they can say that i bought this and that nothing but walmart tells me to dispute it and they will get back to me in 14days what the!!! is going on just give me back my money that is all i want.

Can i sue this company because this is rediculous!!!!!  With their rude customer service i would not recommend anyone to get a walmart money card it's expensive $3 to load money on the card and if you don't load $1000 every month they charge you another $3 plus the headaches, it's not worth it.  Just go to a bank that's where am going forget all this prepaid cards they are more expensive and take advantage of the people who need it.  Walmart Money Card is a nightmare on top of  that they don't tell you all this when you get the card.  False Advertising and Misleading people horrible GE Money Bank you people are evil.
