I got the walmart card for my tax return last year. the IRS deposited my first return with no issues, and i have my paycheck direct deposited twice a month.
I recieved a secondary tax return because I filed an amendment. When my 2nd return came in, they froze my account.
After being told my paycheck direct deposit would be rejected and sent back to my employer, i find out they did not reject my paycheck and they are now holding onto that as well.
I had to fax my ID and my tax return to prove it was for me SEVEN times. over the course of the last 4 days, ive been told nothing. They are currently holding onto several thousand dollars of my money and I can not get a call back, a resolution or anyone who comes close to speaking english. I was eventually given the number to the corporate green dot office, and i have been unable to get through to anyone yet. i keep being told to leave a message and I will get a call back within 2 business HOURS. its been 2 days and i still have not received a callback and can not get through. They are essentially holding my money hostage for no reason.

You people are great! I like how you take the time out of your busy day holding up someone else s money to reply to all of these complaints.

you act like you are doing them a favor?Why if you think there's something not right about the money give it back! But NO you like to keep it for as long as you can because it goes in a REAL BANK and you theves draw interest on it! FORGOT to say anything about that! tell how much you make by holding on to someones money"you're team" is just some more thieves that try and find some way to keep the money not give it back!If you find a way not to release the money Who gets to keep it? DOES it go to the government? H**L NO you thieves keep it!! remember thieves! all good scams MUST come to end!
OH! by the way you have NEVER had the chance to cheat me and never will!!
