Hello I have signed up for the Walmart MoneyCard. I have been charged with a $3.00 monthly charge on my card that I was not informed about. I am also having a very hard time getting PayPal money put onto the card. They are making it very difficult for my to get the money from PayPal to the walmart MoneyCard.

Did you check the fine print? A lot of times those cards have monthly fees. Its stupid but that's how they get you. Sorry about your problems.
