I have had this phone company for a few months and things were great at first so i added a another line slowly the internet started to slow down phone calls dropped not to bad at first added a third line each month the bill went up one month all three lines $121.37 next monther $130.78 this month $147.53 i called them they said well we charge taxes $5.00 each phone line each month plus there is taxes on the bill I live in new hampshire that has no taxes but i get charge taxes then when you pay your bill at walmart a $2.00 Charge for paying it. Monthly charge is $45.00 first line $35 each other line. Total bill $115.00 before taxes. This is a pre paid account mind you someone stole one of my phones i called them they said we cant shut it off till your billing cycle ends next month i said it was stolen she said well sorry you have to pay we can shut it off next month but there is a $50.00 charge then if i want a new number thats $15.00 so for next months bill all together would be $ 212.53 i said what she said yes thats the price Do not go with them they will rip you off there customer service sucks they are all stupid can never get a straight answer always told one thing then no thats not our company policy they have a new policy every second there rude and half cant even speak english Worst cell phone company
