walmart supercenter in martinsville, va. 24112 has gone down to the pits, no management, manager hides, shelves and frozens food section and spring water section always low. bathrooms dirty, no paper towel, no way to dry your hands. rude associates and csm"s, no knowledge in electronics and no selection of computers or computer accessories to choose. prices have doubled, i don't see any rollbacks. there is never anyone in the paint department to mix paint, etc. they need experience e personnel to run these departments and not grab the first idiot they find on the street. get the manager out, to do his job ,and get there qualified people in walmart. thanks for your time. send walmart to china////

Half Truth

I usually frequent this store early afternoon and evening. One of the 2 public restrooms is usually being cleaned during this time period. The paint dept. has always had someone on duty when I was there. I have found and purchased accessories for my computer, digital camera, and phone at electronics department for less than it would have cost me at Office Max or Tiger Direct. Shelves are constantly being stocked in grocery section. Wish they had not cut out seafood department personnel causing me to take my business to Kroger. Only problem I see is understaffing of cash registers between 5 and 9 p.m. I agree to not seeing much in rollbacks, but still save money compared to competitior's pricing. If complaintant wishes more knowledgeable personnel he should go to Lowes for paint or BestBuy for electronics. I see no validity to his remarks.
