Walmart moneycard Fraudulant charges Internet

Ive had a walmart moneycard for about 6 months now using it only to get my paychecks direct deposited onto, the only place i use it is the atm to withdrawl my money once a week. A week ago i noticed a charge from a company called lillie b miller ranch llc and the address is venice garden Massachusetts with a zip code of 05505. First off i googled lillie b miller ranch and is in oregon which i found the phone number too and called them, its a little old lady that has a tiny ranch in the middle the boonies, next venice garden is located in florida and the zip code of 05505 is in malaysia so just those things there should be a red flag for walmart to stop the payment but they say that theres nothing they can do and i cannot dispute the charge until the payment goes through and the crooks get my money. What bothers me is that there is no way anybody could have gotten my card number, i only use it at atms and i onlu check my balance via phone and not online, ive never used it anywhere but the atm. I believe the walmart moneycard customer service agents are stealing cc numbers in these 3rd world countries where the call centers are located
