The way he works is, you give him a piece of jewelry to sell for you, he sells it, then uses your money to pay his bills. Then he says that you never brought it to him in the first place!
He is very untrustworthy, and (I discovered too late) he has a reputation for this dishonesty throughout the community.
Frankly I don't understand why he's still in business. He has no inventory and there are never any customers in his store. Yet he's still there, year after year.
