I finally found the number of the company, and after about an hour waited talked to a very rude person, who told me there was no way they were giving me my money back.

I then contacted my bank told them what happened, they are sending me paper to sign to get a ACH reversal. I am hoping this works.
Oh the person I talked to told me to go ahead and contact the BBB of Ohio, that they, the BBB always backed the company up.
