I did this and got a confirmation number I then called to see what happens next and she said I cancelled before my last shipment was mailed and they cannot reopen my account and now i'm screwed out of my money. I told them they told me when to cancel she said she has no record of that and it's my loss. Then she said she would give me 150.00 of my money back and I said I want it all back it didnt work . So here I am with nothing.
