I saw the advertisement and called the 800 # to order the trial size. The advertisement did not say to go to the web site to read all of the fine print. I ordered not only the trial size Avlimil but also the trail size Rovicid (for men) that they were promoting.

I was ask for my credit card # to pay the 4.95 per product shipping but was not told that I was joining anything. In fact I was asked if I wanted to join the Managed Care Program at which I answered that I wanted to try the product before I joined anything. Their response was, no problem, I could do that. I was not told that if I didn't cancel within 20 days another shipment would be shipped automatically. Cancel what? To my knowledge I had not joined anything. I was not told that 66.00 would be taken from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. I was not told that the product cost 66.00

Upon receiving the shipment of Rovicid I called the 800 #. and was rudely told of all of these facts by their customer service. I was told of their refund policy of receiving a refund only after using the product for 12 months. I was told of the No return policy after the product was delivered but My reasons were an exception. I was told by their customer service person to return the product (which I did) and IF it was accepted there would be a 10.00 restocking charge.

In follow up conversation three weeks later after not receiving my refund, I was told that they had received my returned product but I would not have my money returned until possibly January 2004 (this was middle of November). As it stands right now they have the product plus 66.00 of my money.

While searching for more information on the Warner Health Care co. I accidentally found another website where countless people are being misled by their advertising and basically ripped of by this company (www.houseogroove.com/avlimil/comment.html. I think the public should be made aware of the misleading sales promotion tactics and I personally would like all my money back that they basically stole from me. Any help on this matter would be more than greatly appreciated. You may want to go to the above web site and read some of the comments and complaints about this company. Again, thank you.
