Berkeley Nutraceuticals promised all my money back if I would take the product for 12 months. After 12 months, the company decided I was not eligible for the guarantee. After a prolonged battle, the company said I could have some money back if I mailed back all my empty product packages. I did. Still no money back. Each phone call to the company was met with long waits, false promises, refusal to escalate my complaints and eventually -- hostility.
I filed an online complaint with the Ohio attorney general's office. A consumer investigator promptly got my money returned. I am so impressed with that office.
Do not fall for Avlimil's slick advertising and believe this is a reputable company. Berkeley Nutraceuticals did everything in its power not to return my money.
