I have been using Avlimil for over a year with out results, for the past three months I have been trying to get my money back through the Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back
It has not been easy but hopefully today I made some headway. If I had found this website before purchasing Avlimil, I would have never wasted my time or money.
This company has definitely given me the run around. I assume their tactics are a way of getting out of honoring their guarantee and the hope that I would just give up and go away. Wrong!!!!
JUNE 2003, I started using Avlimil.
After being on the product for 10 months without the results they advertise. I called to find out if I was taking the product incorrectly, etc. I was told by the service rep that I was not eligible for the refund until June, but I could cancel if I wanted to. I decided to continue the Avlimil until June because of the money back guarantee. I had to much invested in a product that did not work.
I called to cancel and take advantage of the satisfaction money back guarantee. I went through two reps. One who hung up on me. Needless to say I was very unhappy. I made a third call and insisted on speaking to a supervisor. I was told by each rep and then the supervisor that the money back guarantee did not start until September 2003, I was not eligible for the refund until September 2004. Ok, what are a couple more months on Avlimil even though it was not working. I had invested quite a bit of money in a product that was not working and I was determined to get some of my money back.
FIRST phone conversation, the rep I spoke to told me he would have to have a customer service rep call me back about the money back guarantee.
SECOND phone call same day within a couple of hours. This rep told me he could not give me a whole year refund, three months is as far back as they could go! After going a few rounds with this rep I was offered a refund for four months and a six month supply of any of the other products they provide. I would not accept his offer. I informed him that I would be seeking legal advice from my lawyer. He told me he would have a Customer Service Rep call me.
THIRD phone call same day within a couple of hours. The rep was very nice and told me she would be starting the process for my refund. That was it?! No excuses? I do have to send all of the empty containers back. She told me she would call me in 10 to 14 days to follow up and make sure my credit had been applied to my card. Hopefully this will be the end of it. I have cancelled my appt. with my lawyer and will be sending back the boxes with UPS for tracking purposes.
