Warranty Assurance Mepco Finance Corporation denied alot of claims, didn't offer a refund for a 4 yr. coverage after having 2 years left of coverage after this was paid in full for $3,165. Also, had rude representatives and pushy tactics in pur St. Charles, Montana

This company denied alot of claims for items that were mentioned as being under warranty coverage. They were also rude representatives. They also used pushy sales tactics to get the consumer to purchase their warranty over the telephone. They also told lies about their coverage that would be covered just to make the sale, when after purchased the consumer finds out they make up excuses when it is time to pay for the claims. This warranty was purchased on 11/4/09 for a 4 year plan which would end in 2013. I cancelled this warranty on 10/4/11. After having the warranty paid in full at the cost of $3,165, I requested a refund. The policy states that you can be refunded for any unused portion at a prorated amount, therefore I thought that I would be entitled to some money back since I had two years left to use. As a result, I didn't receive a penny of my money back. They ripped me off entirely with no money back! I felt very used and cheated! I would tell everyone who reads this please don't buy their warranty and be their next victim!
