Warranty Direct sells warranties for Interstate,its all one company. Warranty Direct is self administered and self insured. Interstate is rated NR4 by A.M. Best- NOT RATED 4 means Interstate does not want AM Best looking at their finances.
I have talked to the employees at Warranty Direct about this several times, and each time they lie to me.
This is a fraud that they have been perpetrating for years.Everyone should immediatley report this to the attorney general and put a stop to it.

Sometimes a CSR will tell you that "it doesn't matter, why do you care?"
