I am writing because I am disgusted with the manor in which this company has conducted business. I had begun to look at warranty companies for my two vehicles. Obviously no one has the money up front for major repairs to a vehicle and I feel that this company sells off of that. i was contacted by a gentleman representing the company warranty direct. After several calls from this person I had purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle in August of 2011. I was advised on the phone that the warranty package that I purchased would cover "EVERYTHING UNDER THE HOOD". To my surprise after months of payments being made, I took my vehicle to the shop to be worked on. The components that I needed fixed were for the blower motor and for the air conditioning. Would you ever ask for a Peanut butter & Jelly sandwich and not have bread? Thats exactly what they stated that they will cover. I also checked over my warranty and noticed that even though it states that my part is not listed to be covered, it is also not listed as a component that is not covered.(faulty contract). I have called back several time s and have come to the conclusion that they con people into purchasing from them. When I stated that I was advised that everything under the hood would be covered, they said they needed to listen to the call. Also said that I could not (so they could say what they want). When I called to cancel my warranty, they stated that I would have to have my lawyer contact them for the phone call recording. Scam Artists. I wish I knew better.
