Company has been in business for a number of years. They use a Scottsdale AZ mailbox of PO Box 12910, Scottsdale, AZ 85267 but real address is 4902 E. Everett Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85254 (is in Scottsdale but a Phoenix address for USPS) The owner per the Arizona Secretary of State filings is Giacomo (Jack) Amari. The owners per the Arizona Board of Contractor licensing are Jacques and Joann Gahary. Giacomo Amari may be an alias as skip trace couldn't locate him anywhere. The owners are taking money for contracts, the contract is in their system by number but refuse after 10 requests to send me a copy. I requested service on 2 properties I have on line, they have it as open, then 2 days later the system says completed without a call or service call. 11 emails, 11 calls not returned. I have policies I paid for my tenants of investment properties I own, no service is available. They scammed me and countless others. The owners, Jacques and Joann Gahary changed their home ownership to a trust, GFT Revocable Trust to avoid any future liability before they stooped servicing their customers. They are still taking money via real estate professionals and others via their site, refuse credit cards apparently for that reason. They have been reported to the Phoenix Police, the AZ Attorney General, The FTC, BBB , and others
