The first time I was told to pay for the job myself and that i would be reimbursed later, but I wasn't. The next time I tried to file a claim, I was told that warrantyusa had filed for bankruptcy. When I called WarrantyUSA myself, they indeed told me that they filed bankruptcy and that they were not accepting any claims at the time; yet claimed that things would be back to normal at a later date.
Things haven't been back to normal. As of 5/8/2003, i tried to file a claim, but when i called I received a 'wrong number' recording. There goes my ONE thousand something dollars down the drain!
I wish there was some kind of way I could sue them and get all of my money back from them crooks!!!
