Warren Transportation, Co, Ltd, Warren Transportation Co. Invisible Company New York New York

Apparently I entered into an agreement with an invisible company. What appeared to be an opportunity, has me wondering what this is really all about. 

After much research into Warren Transportation, I have come to the conclusion that I am being lead down the path. I do not know to what ends, but as far as I can ascertain, Warren does not exist in the US or UK other than in the minds of the those trying to pull this off. Unless they can produce some customers that I can follow up with, I am afraid this was all a charade.

 I checked with USDOT and there is no Warren Transportation Co,. Ltd registered. Warren Transportation does not show up on the list of licensed Carriers and there is no USDOT number listed. Where was this recent growth business conducted they told me about?

 Further, 

1. The address in New York is an office building with no space leased or occupied by Warren Transportation.
