Kristian if this is truly the "overall worse auto dealers" you have ever dealt with you're either very young or very lucky. Heck I've purchased brand new cars with more issues than that.
The fact that you resold the car at a $10,000 profit seem to indicate that it was, in all likeliness, in exceptionally good shape for a used vehicle. Dunno about you but if I were to drop 28K on a used vehicle I would inspect every square inch of it before I sign anything, and I would start with the tires, all four of them.

Your feedback is much appreciated, and our managers have already addressed this issue with the rest of the staff at (WBM), and they have been instructed to make sure that they are very clear in communication with clients, in order not to leave room for this type of misunderstandings in the future.
In over 23 years we have sold over 15000 vehicles, and we are happy to report that we have had very few complaint. Having said that, in my opinion (ONE) complaint is too many. Obviously there is always room for improvement, regardless of our past record.
We thank you again for your comments.
