Jay Freeborne adds insult to injury

POSTED: Tuesday, November 13, 2012Why dont you refund our full fee since you delivered nothing. Your promise to release our wage garnishment ended up nowhere and you will not do the honorable thing to come clean and send us our money back. Instead you spin this with all kind of tales. Honesty and integrity Mr. Freeborne are not part of the way you operate - that we know, but making up cover stories will not get
you far as well. Clients are not stupid!
#2 UPDATE Employee
FAKE COMPLAINT THREAD CONTINUES
AUTHOR: Jay - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, November 13, 2012
POSTED: Tuesday, November 13, 2012The same person also filed a complaint at the Better Business Bureau. The BBB did NOT process the complaint as they determined it was a FAKE. (The client's address did NOT correspond with the location it was sent from -- among other things).
This person is an angry competitor disappointed at their treatment in my blog: taxresolutiontalk.com
Please sir: you have achieved your goal. Rip Off Report is NOT going to delete this complaint and we will suffer for it.
In all honesty, I did contact who I think is the competitor to see if I could perhaps portray them more fairly in my blog. I am awaiting a call back from someone in their management of that company.
In any case: feel free to call me at 1-866-525-7302 if you want to hear my honest testimony about what we perceive as the "public relations terrorism" behind this fake complaint.
It's sad to have to respond. Note the difference between how the BBB handled this versus Rip Off Report and you make the judgement of which is the fairer system for conflict resolution?

POSTED: Monday, October 22, 2012Its sure easy to claim that your client is lying and your competitor is not trustworthy in order to build your image. You should deliver your service when you say you will or refund the whole amount we paid you instead of calling me names.
Just give me my money back!

POSTED: Monday, October 22, 2012If you are this client, please call me immediately at 1-866-525-7302 and we will immediately arrange a refund or some kind of resolution of this matter.
But: if our instincts are right: this is a scam. Please call us so we know that this is NOT a scam.

Jay did not deliver and kept our money.

POSTED: Monday, October 22, 2012Let it be known: Jay Freeborne of Washington Tax Services did not solve my problem. He took our business by tarnishing everyone and promising to free my wages from garnishment.
He claimed to be honest but he is the fake one. Jay did not deliver and kept our money! Do not trust the guy.
#6 REBUTTAL Owner of company
This FAKE and ANONYMOUS complaint was posted by a COMPETITOR
AUTHOR: Jay - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, October 22, 2012
POSTED: Sunday, October 21, 2012Nonetheless, this is a "made-up" complaint - written also for search engine optimization - notice my name is spelled out clearly as is our company.
But let's pretend that this complaint had some shred of truth in it...
1. We have no refund request that has been sent to us currently that we haven't responded to (in fact we rarely get refund requests). All refund requests are handled immediately as long the customer emails us or faxes us their request.
2. Wage garnishment removal? We spend all available man-power releasing wage garnishments or bank levies for that matter until the levy/garnishment is released. There are times when we are too late to save a bank levy. But wage garnishments are ongoing and permanent so it's difficult to say the least to abandon a client in this situation: they let us know - it hasn't been fixed. So this can't be true.
3. My direct number 866 525 7302 which rings to my desk is available to all of my clients. I am not buried behind a receptionist and so all upset clients know how to reach me directly. If this really was a client - you could call me now and we would take full responsibility for their case and discuss a refund -- but it's not a real client. They would have called us by now.
Finally, it is painful to write this rebuttal as you might be able to tell.:) We don't take guarding our internet reputation lightly. You can read our responses to the 14 other internet complaints we've had in the last decade here: http://taxresolutiontalk.blogspot.com/2009/11/32-complaints-at-bbb-and-on-internet.html
