Wassim Issa Refused to pay for grain after we delivered, then threatened to sue to stop collections Westfalls, New York

Mr. Issa ordered a custom grain from us for his beef cows in bulk. We formulated and made the feed according to his specifications using high-quality ingredients. Mr. Issa ordered a bulk load to be delivered to his farm.

During delivery Mr. Issa's hired man even commented how good the grain looked and smelled. However, unknown to us, there was a leak in Mr. Issa's grain storage bin which allowed water to enter and spoil a small portion of grain.

Mr. Issa then refused to pay for the grain.

During many visits to the farm and phone calls to settle the matter, Mr. Issa finally agreed to pay the balance. He then changed his mind and refused. We were also informed that he may seek legal action if we continued to ask him to pay.

Mr. Issa is a successful businessman with lots of resource capital. We are a small local company workinghard to keep our customers satisfied. We could not afford a long legal battle over his balance, so we are left emptyhanded. Get paid in advance.
