I thought because of the holiday maybe that had to do with our missed pick-up. I called on it a few days later and the lady answering the phones said that she will make a note on the account to make sure our garbage gets picked up the following week.
Mind you, they use to credit you for any weeks missed on their part. Now they claim they will just make a note on the account to make sure the drivers pick up all the garbage rather that their maximum amount.
Well that week came and went as well. Still no garbage pick-up. You can imagine the stench of now 2-weeks worth of garbage.
Sadly this hasn't just happened to our family. It happened to our neighbor as well. I can see maybe skipping/overlooking one house, but a whole street...there's no excuses for it!
