From 2012 to 2013, their basic service charge increased 13.9% from $189.27 to the current $215.54. The fuel and environmental charge went from $57.01 in February, 2013 to $68.73 in March, 2013 or an increase of 20.6% in one month!
Their Sales Agreement contains so much "fine print" that it requires a lawyer to figure it out. This company has been prosecuted by the SEC for falsifying their profits to enhance their stock price. This escalation of basic charges is just another example of their flawed business model.
Do business with them at your own peril!
