All communication only takes place via the website. Adam Carpentieri did send me an email over my request for a lower estimate, but I could not return an email to him or call and speak with him.
The overhauls was more for the watches then I paid for them.
I rejected the estimate and found the free shipping no longer applied.
1. I had three choices. Repair the watches at the very high prices.
2. Give them the watches.
3. Pay over $17.00 for shipping and handling for them to return them.
I choose to have the watches returned rather then see them show up on eBay I'd bet in a month or two running just fine with a new battery installed.

The rebuttals are true. Those items were in the fine print on their website. Just beware.

The web site never implies that they pay for return shipping. Their return policy is clearly posted in the Terms and Conditions on the company's web site.
Excerpt of the Terms and Conditions from the web site you provided:
8. Return Shipping. Watch Repairs USA offers free incoming (to our facility) shipping only. Customer is responsible for return shipping in all scenarios.
