"Our project fit within a humanitarian window of our funding source because it would purify water for Third World countries, and they accepted our project," AMRI chief financial officer Steven M. McKay said. "We'll do what we say we're going to do."
The project promises to employ between 1,200 and 2,200 workers at each factory.
AMRI will hold a formal press conference in Washington, D.C. prior to the Nov. 2 presidential election to detail its plans for the manufacturing plants, which have resulted from three years of research, Robinson said. Following the start of production at Michigan's manufacturing sites, AMRI will extend the jobs program to other states, he said, adding that another 240,000 jobs for local vendors and suppliers are expected to result from the beginning of production in Michigan.
AMRI intends to build and ship systems designed to handle Artisan or well water, officials said. Each system is capable of producing 5,000 to 10,000 gallons of purified water from any of five contaminated sources.
There is also a mobile water purification system that will benefit rural populations in the areas that will receive export, AMRI officials said. The system is mounted inside of a large "box truck," which is driven out to a water source close to the population. Truck units can then process contaminated water at a rate of 10,000 gallons per hour, 23 hours a day, seven days a week for a full year. The total daily production of 230,000 gallons per day is enough to sustain a population of about 3,000 people, according to AMRI'sresearch.
"Water is the richest resource in the world," McKay said. "Our experts say that water will go up five times in price in the next five years. Like gasoline, it will go up in value."
AMRI presently has 20 employees, mostly designers and engineers, McKay said. Once AMRI receives the grant funding provided through the Humanity Resources Development, Inc., it would send rapid deployment teams to begin job training, he added. The duration of the grant is five years, Robinson said.AMRI gained preference in receiving the Humanitarian Grant because it had evolved from a minority consulting firm that had established relationships with labor unions to its present existence as a marketing resource, Robinson added. The company's ability to quickly access the workforce was an asset, he said.
Another benefit of the grant and jobs program for communities in Southeast Michigan is that it will make use of abandoned plant and factory spaces. The company will purchase closed or abandoned plants that are 1,000,000-square- feet or greater in size, contributing to the elimination of community blight, Robinson said.

Independence Power AMR 14252 Culver Drive #A Suite 158, Irvine, CA 92619-7033 (949) 246-6365 HYPERLINK "http://www.amrint.com" www.amrint.com E-mail: hgreg@amrint.com NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT CONTRACTORS On the eve of AMR, Inc.s receipt of grant funding, we wish to remind all potential Management Contractors that after the funding has been received all Administrative Management Fees will move up to $100,000 for the Management Contract for a single city. The reason for the change and increase in the fee stem from the efforts and costs AMR, Inc. has incurred in the development of the states that are currently under the phase I of our grant funding.AMR, Inc. has spent the last 2.5 years and over $2.7 million dollars to put together the necessary network infrastructures in the 4 states that phase I will begin in. Through the past intensive efforts of AMR, Inc. we have been able to garner a multi-Billion Dollar grant for Humanitarian purposes in both Energy and Water Purification Systems. We anticipate that through these time consuming and expensive efforts we will be able to develop over 250,000 Energy and Water Purification units to be manufactured in America by American workers and shipped overseas to emerging third world countries and countries that are in need of our products. Through our efforts in establishing these in-state network infrastructures we will have been able to create thousands of jobs. Our current President of the United States has personally endorsed our efforts to put these American workers back on the job.He also realizes that the potential for 250,000 American made products being shipped out of the country can serious support the reduction of the trade deficit. Our funding partners have also advised us, that AMR, Inc. is to outsource as much work as possible to create as many jobs as possible. With this mandate, AMR, Inc. will require additional outsourcing of non-management jobs to outside sub contractors from our existing and new Management Contractors. We understand the due diligence requirements that most of our potential Management Contractors go through prior to signing a contract for an exclusive in a particular state. We would also like to reiterate the long term benefits that far outweigh any Administrative Management Fee a potential Management Contractor would have to put up front to AMR, Inc. for all of the in-state network infrastructure creation that AMR, Inc. would undertake. Most states would have at least one Manufacturing facility and most likely two. These facilities would be producing 8,000 units/yr; AMR, Inc. would be purchasing over $80 million in Real Estate in the state. The Construction of the facilities would be a multi- million project, and the management contract would be up to $800+ million, all of which the Management Contractor, by contract, would participate in.When all of this is considered as a whole, the contract profits would be considerably higher than the cost of the Administrative Management Fee. It is not the intent of AMR, Inc. to make money by charging an Administrative Management Fee for a state. It is our intent just to recover the costs associated with the network infrastructure creation within the state to prepare for our Manufacturing Facilities and Community outreach programs we will bring into that state through the Management Contractor. AMR, Inc. appreciates all who are currently Management Contractors and those who would aspire to become one. This is a large responsibility carrying with it the hopes and futures of thousands of American workers in those states we will contract for. We hope this notice clarifies our position on the Administrative Management Fee. We look forward to a rewarding relationship. H. Gregory Robinson Advanced Marketing Resources, Inc. Re: Grant Reporting compliance
Dear Mr. Ackerman,
First I want to thank you for the time you spent with me on the phone. As I continue to be
briefed on the company, its relationships, and its contractual agreements, I appreciate your input
and comments.
As discussed, I have enclosed the existing and planned capabilities to track, record, and report all
capital and acquired assets associated with our grant as outlined in the agreement.
As Mr. Robinson has assured you and Mr. Divino when you last met that AMR, its subsidiaries,
and its employees will conform to all rules and regulations set forth in order to satisfy all parties
and to insure success in this program.
As the COO, I believe that these procedures will meet and/or exceed the reporting requirements.
I also feel, as I am sure you do, that control and monitoring are the best solutions to accurate
reporting.
As you can see from the enclosed documents that AMR is now ready and prepared to begin the
funding and reporting process.
AMR looks to moving forward on the 20th of December for our first disbursement as previously
discussed. We have everything in place, the management team, the facilities acquisitions
proposals, and the support vendors to be able to get up to speed as quickly as possible.
Again, I want to thank you for your time, and I personally look forward to a long and successful
relationship.
Best Regards,
