I have contacted these people time and time again over my Versa spa being orange! not one of them know what to do about! They have not even offered to refund me my money. This is a horrible company. I have tanned with them for over a year and you would think that would have some signifigance. As far as Im concerned they treat people as though we are expendable. I have had friends tan here and have similiar complaints. They hire rude girls, who the owner himself has infact admitted to. I compplained about all this all on google, and I was surprised when one of the girls who works there left a review on the place as if she was a customer there, rebuttling my complaint. HOW RUDE! Then the owner got online and left a VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL response! I believe its the worse response any one could have left in the history of complaints. He totally brushed off my complaints with "Im sorry you feel like this" and "Thats besides the point". Typical response from big headed tanning salon chains. They left on google they are planning on opening up a second store! I cant believe any one who would want to put up with these unprofessional little girls who gossip about their customers (the owner says he fired those girls, but obviously he HIRES them TOO!), their prices are not reasonable they are lousy, tanning shouldnt be so expensive! The owner told me on google he would give me a discount, yet the same day he puts out a GOOGLE DEAL! THATS NOT A PERSONAL DISCOUNT LIKE HE SAID! Hes a LIAR! Hes a CHEAT! He cheated me out of MY DEAL!

I will NOT be back and I hope anyone thinking about tanning here checks out the other salons in your area!

Who ever this is you probably dont have the authority to be talking on here. You should of let Adam answer this. I was talking to him on google. I like that we are talking on the internet so I can expose you. You nor anyone have offered to make goodnor offer to have me comeback with out any charge. Please dont make me out to be a bad person by saying Ive posted negative responses all over online.Thats just mean. Ive only posted crazily I admit on google. But Im trying to have you guys post something sincere. It just isnt working. SOOOOO You have FAILED.

You are a liar. You say Im the one consumer out of however many but thats just not true and you know it. You have a yahoo review stating that you guys watered down the versa spa and you have a BBB filed against you. FUNNY?!?! THATS FUNNY!!!!

SOOOO I like how you are apologizing to anyone who may read this. however you have not once apologized to MEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! Quit trying to cover your behinds!!!!!!! AND ALSO seriously you were not the first to offer versa spa I was using it at palm beach long before you. Hmmm. another lie!

I never said i used your hydration station at the begining of the year i used it back in may. SOOOO you stink just as much as it DOES. I hate your company for the way you have responded back to my complaint and yet again you prove yourself to be horrible people. you have yet again attacked everything i have to say. WHEN EVERYTHING YOU SAY IS A LIE!!!!!!!

Hello. So the report that was posted is not one bit how our business is ran. We have offered the consumer to come back without any charge and have tried to communicate with her but have got nothing but negative response from her all over the internet. So we apologize for 1 consumer that has been upset with our salon since we opened up in 2009.  We were the first tanning salon to offer the Versa Spa and have done over 12,000 sprays since we open having nothing but great response and non orange color. Now almost every salon in the greater Austin area offers the Versa Spa. Hmmm. She also mentioned something about a smelly Hyrdation Station! Thats funny because she said she came to our salon at the begining of the year to try us out and at that time we didn't even have the Hydration Station. Plus the way that system works it baths your body with botanical aroma therapy to leave the clients skin detoxified with an amazong smell. Also the Google offer she talks about is completely Free. So we don't know why she would say that? Also our employees are family here and thats how we treat our clients. As for Waterloo Tan being a "typical chain" well hello we are locally owned and this is the only Waterloo Tan, I didnt know we were a huge chain. Feel free to call us please.

WATERLOO TAN IS POSTING FAKE REVIEWS NOW ON GOOGLE TRYING TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK LEGITAMITE WHICH THEY ARE NOT!!! ITS OVIOUSLY THE OWNERS GIRLFRIENDS SHE DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THIER SERVICES ONLY TRIES TO MAKE THEMSELVES APPEAR BETTER THAN THEY ARE!!!

THEY STILL RUN A BAD SALON WATCH OUT FOR THIER NEW STORE AS MUCH AS YOU WOULD THEIR OLD STORE!!! THE REVIEW IS TRYING TO ADVERTISE THEIR SECOND STORE!!! FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! I AM SO GLAD MY FRIENDS FROM ALL OVER TOWN ARE FINDING THIS REVIEW USEFUL AND HELPFUL!!! IVE GOT MY GIRLS FROM HEB TALKING ABOUT YOU ALREADY!!!

Im not the only one reviews this place as BAD!

Heres what I mean after I left my review on Google, someone who works at this salon left a fake review trying to respond back to mine! This is typical of what they do at waterloo tan, cause they did it to stephanie a couple years ago on Yahoo! This place is badly run...Whos really running the show?

Stephanie left a review on Waterloo & they had one of their girls (reagan) respond back. She was over kill & totally working for waterloo leaving fake reviews as if she didnt work there! (alot of their reviews are fake) This is exactly what happens here at waterloo, the services are shoddy.

http://local.yahoo.com/info-58711060-waterloo-tan-round-rock Reagan messes up though when she leaves a fake review a month later on waterloo. No one is even talking about their smelly hydration station, the review was on the WATERED DOWN Versaspa. Obviously Reagan IS someone who knows they do water it down and are trying to sell other services, like their smelly hydration station.

You see I have dealt with this company, the owner and the girls who come and go there for over a year now and its the same run around. The girls really dont know half the stuff they need to know about tanning nevertheless how to handle my Versa spa needs. I dont get it.

The place is nice looking but so is Darque Tan & Palm Beach Tan (of which I frequent), however the owners and the staff at these places keep their place clean, are trained and are not as snotty. Waterloo was close to my house, But now I know better.

Im really pissed off because of how they handled my complaint when I told them at the salon (now online) and how they have just brushed me off...As a customer I shouldnt have to ask for a free session or my money back. Good luck to whoever does business with these people. They are greedy with their over priced tanning bed levels too...Ill save that for when the owner responds.
