WaxVac I ordered 5 WaxVac on 1-2-2013 and they just arrivaled today 2-14-2013. However, I am NOT satified witht he product, IT DOES NOT WORK, so i called to get a refund and the company wishes to keep the S, Internet

Do not order the WaxVac. I ordered 5 WaxVac (at $10.00 each). buy one and get one free. However I was charged for each product shipped to me at in the amount of $79.88 for S/H, total of $215.86. ???? This product is a rip-off. It does not work as adverstised on TV and their website. I called for a full refund and they are only willing torefund for the product, but will keep $79.88 the S/H. Do not order the WaxVac.
