Wayne County Register of Deeds Special Deputy Ralph Leggat Fraud Special Deputy Ralph Leggat does not exist only on paper!! detroit Michigan

Michigan has reached its all time high of corruption, from the Michigan Senate to the Attorney Generals Office, all the way down to our Municipalities, including the Federal Justice Department in Michigan.

The greatest trick pulled in Wayne County, Michigan by Benny Napoleon and so many others is that a "Special Deputy Ralph Leggat" exists. He does not, except on paper!

He was created to violate due process and homeowner rights, to process Sheriff Deed Sales in Michigan, for a select group.

I stand by what I say because:

I have been investigating fraud in Michigan, starting with my own.  I have found information about everyone involved in the fraud against me, my list is long and documented, except for him??

I asked several questions about "him", including speaking to "him"or his supervior.  No call back. No Ralph. No Voicemail/office number for him either.

Asking further, I am told to complete a FOIA.  They tell me, "we have 21 days to respond".

However, when I ask this individual what is your title, she tells me what her title is.  To which I say, was that so hard?  Why didn't you tell me to fill out a FOIA?  Why do I need a FOIA and wait 21 days for information about this "Ralph".  All she says next is, "we have received your FOIA and I will turn it in to who processes it".

Well, after searching every public record, from courts to the newspapers to church papers, I cannot find this "Ralph Leggat".  I only find him named on lawsuits brought forth by those claiming fraud.  The lawsuits deal with "his role".  The litigants would never think to challenge his actual existence as a real live person.

I think Ralph Leggat is a "trigger word" for SILENCE.  Every person I say his name to, the color drops from their faces or their voice drops.  Maybe they are afraid? I am not.

I even asked a childhood friend at Wayne County Sheriff Office about "Ralph", he told me to "call the media".

Michigan and Wayne County Residents have been defrauded in the most vile way. Defrauded by those who make and swear to uphold the law.

Wayne County Register Deeds are a mess.  It's as if its a personal checkbook, entries ranging from 10.25% to erroneous entry!!!

I am sounding the alarm and blowing the whistle to let everyone know what has truly happend in Wayne County, and Michigan abroad.
