Wayne County Friend Of The Court Update, someone is holding on to the money sent! Detroit Michigan

UPDATE: I spoke with my ex last night and he is sending me a copy of the letter the IRS sent him imforming him that they were taking $2072(which was suppose to be about $2,800) from his Federal tax refund for money owed to the Wayne County Friend of the Court on my daughter's case. Needless to say, Wayne County Friend of the Court is saying they only received $576 that the state kept for the 2 months I was on assistance. Not to mention, he supposedly had his check stub infront of him and he said the check stub shows, year-to-date for 2008, that $748 has been taken out of his check for weekly child support owed on my daughter's case.

At first, I thought maybe it was sent to the wrong case, but if that was the truth they wouldn't have received $576 from his refund paid on this case. I WILL be on the phone with the Wayne County Friend of the Court tomorrow, along with the Michigan Disbursement Unit and find out exactly where the other $1,500 went not to mention why, the IRS only took supposedly $1,072 on a case where the arrearages would have been $2,800 at the time the IRS took the refund. Suomebody screwed up major this time. Here I me and my daughter has been sitting, while I scarpe to make bills, and this company has been setting on money owed to us. If I don't get anywhere with the FOC or the Disbursement Unit, I WILL be back on the phone with the GOvernor's office. It's about time that office starts helping the little people. I will keep an update.
