The automated system I called October 9th, 07 said he only owed $8820.13. My daughter was in school till Oct.ber 5th, 06. A years child support totals $4680.00 at $90.00 weekly which he was ordered by the court in North Carolina to pay for his current support.
My total comes to $14,000.00, so I would like to know where approximately $5100.00 went to.
I have collected 3 checks this year. Total of $477.57. Last one was issued on 9/13/07. And if at least $500.00 is paid to the family $25.00 will be deducted from one of the checks, and I think the parent that is paying and has gotten behind should be the one to pay that $25.00.
I'm still waiting for the next check about a month later. The state of Michigan is playing around with money owed to me for years. My child is 19 and her father has never been current on support.
This support order originated in Montmerency County, Atlanta Michigan.
