My husband has been paying child support since 2001.Custodial parent will not allow him to see this child. From 2001 to 2003 He was paying 177.00 a week. Making 13 n hr.In 2001 we had a son together and they did not take that into consideration as they should have. Ok 2002 hits my husband gets hurt at work breaks his back and is disabled permantly. So he didnt have income since 2002 until 2006 and was forced to go on state aide.
He got back surgery in 2005 to try and fix the problem and it didnt work. State aide was cut off so he was forced with his broken back to go to work. He is curently making 14 n hr. Friend of court issued an order when he 1st got the job for 40.00 per week since we were on state aide, 2 weeks after issued order for 255.00 per week which they are taking out now. He does have arrears of 12,000 but that is due to the disablity. Will they help him reduce this with a lawyers help or keep making him pay arrears of 550.00 a month. We are broke and im disabled as well and not working. I want to know do they take things like this into consideration cause I feel we are being ripped off here.

I have filed a report regarding Ionia County friend of the court. Try to get and read the book Friend of the Court Enemy of the Family author Carol Rhodes in Michigan. Also if you can, go to you tube and watch video of Carol Rhodes explaining briefly this book exposing the corrupt Freind of the Court Systems.

I am in a similar situation. I am applying for SSI and we know how long that can take.
My husband has three children from his high school swwet heart. Tey get along well as far as co-parenting go's. They have a perfetly legal order of Child Support by Agreement for these 3 children.
The last child #4 was with his X-wife. I am his current wife.
My husband saw referee Ross who ordered a huge almost 400.00 jump in child support.
My husband had torn the miniscus in his knee and was not working at the time
Th referee is not a judge so what you have to do is file a motion to overturn the referees deshion.
Then you see a judge, if you do not like what the judge says you file a motion to see the next judge all the way up to the supream court.
The FOC bets they can wear you out and hopes you just give up and suffer through.
I saw a mans story here that everytime the FOC ordered moe child support his X-wife filed for emrgency custody.
This stopped the increase of child support while the court figured out the custody case. The mom never got custody she just keeps filing for emergency custody to avoid a raise in child support.
The court dose not operate in the best interest of the child. I am starting a non-profit to try and aid families mostly the children who have to suffer through their parents being punished for their birth. It is unfair.
Do not stop fighting they hope to wear you down!
