Wayne County Friend Of The Court have pursued to collect child support for a child that was proven not to be mine. The mother is a drug addict and gave up customer of the child in 1991. Collects 360.00 a month from me for child support to give to a drug addict who does not have custody of the child ripoff Detroit Michigan

In 1991 I was a member of the Army. I was deployed to Iraq for operation desert storm/ sheild. When I return (mind you I was there for 10 months) I was infomred that I had a minor child and would have to pay child support. The child was born on 6 April 1991.

I returned from iraq on 1 April 1991. Wayne county friend of the court went filed a child support order through the army pay system and starting collecting child support. i have wrote and called for years, but to no avail. I have asked to take a DNA test, no answer. they are currently collecting 380.00 a month for this child.

On last report the mother of the child had given up custody. The child is currently residing with My mother! My mother doesn't receive any child support or any payments for the care of the child. the money goes to the mother, who on last report was a drug addict. I had a hearing were the judge dismissed her charge for child support. however it has continued to be taken out of my paycheck.

I feel that with the current drug problem in Detroit it seems a little silly to actually PAY a drug addict child support, with no children!
