Wayne County Friend of Court is guilty of "Extortion" & "Racketeering" Milford, Michigan

Wayne County Friend of the Court is GUILTY of "Racketeering" and "Extortion". They are infact the most corrupt county in the state.. In 1994 FOC financially destroyed me by garnishing my business bank account. They took every dime I had in the account which belonged to a customer that placed a deposit on work that I was to complete on thier home. I had an account for materials at Wimsatt Building materials that I owed money on and FOC with no regard deliberately forced me into failure in which I was sued because of it. I then had to enter into Bankruptcy, and lost everything... Soon there after, repeatedly arrested for failing to pay, and later in 2006 charged with "Felony Non Support". When arrested on the felony, I was Incarcerated and held on $100,000.00 bond with no 10% and had to sit in jail until a court date. At my court date, my court appointed lawyer came to me with a "Plea Agreement" that stated over a period of 12 month's that I was to pay monthly payments that totalled for the year of $15,000.00 or I could option to take it to trial. I told my lawyer, I am not signing that piece of paper.

1. By signing it, I admit to commiting the crime.

2. That if I did sign, and I could not fulfill my obligation, they would prosecute me anyway's

3. If I did pay that amount, I would have nothing left of my check to live off of.

I told my lawyer 5 times that I am not signing this document. 5 times she came back and tried to cooerce me into signing it. After the 5th time, the PROSECUTOR came back and said to me in these exact word's " Mr. Rolfe, Do you want to play f**kn hardball? We can play f**kn hardball!!" " Either you sign that f**kn piece of paper, or you're a** can go back to the county jail and sit there until you're trial date" My friends, I have studied the law for at least 10years of my life because of all the legal BS that I have had to deal with since my divorce. And let me tell you this, What that Prosecutor did is a Clear case of "EXTORTION" And a violation of the 14th Amendment to "Due Process".. I signed the paper because I could not sit in jail for 6 month's. I slept inside a warehouse for 14 month's to pay them the 15,000. Here it is February 2012, And they are trying to charge me again with the same felony. I am not a criminal, I am a victim!
Many of you are also victims. My kids are grown now, and I have been deprived by the court system and my xwife of being involved with my children. I have no education to enter into the job market to find a replacement job! I worked hard as an employee of other companies and learned the building trades and started my own business.. Everything I worked hard for, they took from me all for the purpose of profit!! Friend of the Court after financially destroying, then advanced to the level of prosecuting me for committing involuntary acts they created. This is legal "Entrapment" And I have decided that I am going to devote as much time as I possibly can to exposing this CORRUPT Institution..
