I was introduced to Mr. Wayne Dorsey, President of Lyons Capital, LLC, by Ms. Heidi Grund, Consultant.  I purchased a Collateralized Mortgage Obligation (CMO) Bond worth over $1 billion dollars.  Ms. Grund and assistant, Mr. Cory Swensen brought Ms. Grund a proposal from Ms. Catherina Tonson, Consultant, representing Mr. Dorsey.  I entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) on June 28, 2011, with Lyons Capital, LLC, located in Baltimore, Maryland.  Mr. Dorsey and his company Lyons Capital, LLC represented that he could add value to my Collateralized Mortgage Obligation (CMO) Bond worth over $1 billion dollars  by monetizing and acquiring a non-recourse loan in the amount of $10 million.  Mr. Dorsey signed our contract as President.  He has since moved the $500 thousand CMO out of the assigned Pershing (Bank of New York) brokerage account and could have illegally created documents and monetized the CMO to his exclusive benefit.  Mr. Dorsey has multiple companies in Maryland and all have a forfeited status.  He is currently in hiding.  Please respond if you know of his whereabouts or have any information where he can be found.
