I AM SO TIRED OF FRAUDULENT PEOPLE STATING BAD THINGS ABOUT THE COMPANY WE RENT FOR YOU LEASING SOLUTIONS

We are a financial company located in Irvine California that utilizes We Rent For You apartment co-signing services for corporate housing for our employees who have bad credit.  And We Rent For You Leasing Solutions is awesome.  We have leased 16 apartments with them this last year. Randi Natashi is very efficient and a very nice women and ethical. There is No better apartment cosigning company than We Rent For You Leasing Solutions in Orange County.  As we have tried to bridge relationships with other co-signing competitors and have failed due to our personal credit.  I have read bad reviews about Ms. Natashi however I believe the people who have written the bad reviews are FRAUD!   And I also believe there is some form of discrimination made against Ms. Natashi.  Someone mentioned her involved in a womens trade show.  Although I was not part of that trade show neither did I attend the show at the Convention Center.  I did see that trade show on Bravo TV, with Gretchen of the real housewives of Orange County. And the trade show was absolutely beautiful. Randi Natashi did a fabulous job organizing that event.
 
Back to We Rent For You Leasing Solutions   here is what I want to say,  Number one, We Rent For You Leasing Solutions is owned by an litigation Attorney and NOT Randi Natashi who is just a leasing consultant for the company.  So displaying your personal feelings about her, doesnt justify their services, as they have been in business since 2006 providing housing to the communities who are credit challenged.  Rather writing bad comments, you should be thankful that there is such service in this down market. Credit criterias have changed and most apartment complexes will not lease to you, if you are credit challenged, have collections on your credit reports, high debt ratios, evictions and so forth.  And what I know, most families who are gainfully employed with credit challenged are living in motels/hotels. We Rent For You Leasing Solutions, offers a great service to all nationalities and ethnicities without discrimination.  As long as you can pass a criminal background check, prove your income and job stability, they will cosign for you.  They service Orange County, Riverside County, San Diego County, Venture County and Greater Los Angeles.  Yes there are non refundable fees involved.  You must pay $150.00 criminal background fee, which is a search for all 50 states.  You must pay a co-signing fee equal to first months rent at time your application is approved to lease.  This cosigning fee is non refundable, and held in the attorney trust account, any event a tenant does not pay the rent, We Rent For You Leasing Solutions, pays the rent to the apartment complex using the co-signing fee, as the attorney evict the tenant for not paying the rent.  We Rent For You Leasing Solutions is licensed through the Irvine Police Department.  So as you see, this company is extremely ethical,  and from my understanding We Rent For You Leasing Solutions have cosigned and leased over 120 luxury apartments!  

And for you crazy, people who write bad things on these ripped off reports against ethical companies because you couldnt qualify for services, well understand, what goes around comes back around to you.  You can also find We Rent For You Leasing Solutions on Apartmentguide.com website for future references.
