This company stinks!!! Here is an email that I sent to WIN today after trying to rightfully cancell my $8,200.00 invesment with them. My story is just the same as every other here on ripoff report. I did a little research and decided that I needed to get out now.
In the begining, I was told that I had 3 days to cancel my investment for a full refund. After trying to do so, Nathan Elder became very loud, pushy and rude. First he claimed that he never spoke of a 3 day cancellation period. Then I brought up the fact that he told me that the conversations were recorded and that he and Rachel both did indeed tell me that there was a three day cancellation period.
After this he started backpeddling and became loud. He told me that the 3 days was only for my protection from them running my credit card and paking up and leaving town. What a load of s**t! What does that even mean? Good one Nathan, way to think and speak on your toes! Guess the scripts didn't have a reply for that one.
Anyways, he was pi**ed off and rude and was trying any way he could to make me think that I was still in this investment. Supposedly, I am now waiting for a reimburssment commitee to review my case. I am going to keep calling untill I get someone higher than Nathan to speak to.I will post again after I get a response to my email or phone calls.

I just got off the phone with Nathan Elder. I tried your extension and got the voicemail so I then called Nathan in order to inform you and your company that I wanted to cancel my investment. I was told by both you and Nathan on 9/18 that I had three days to cancel for any reason for a full refund.
Today 9/20, when I spoke with Nathan and informed him of my decision to cancel he became very irritated and pushy. He insisted that there was no three day period in which to cancel. If you tape the conversations as you say you do, then there is full evidence of this discussion about the 3 day cancellation period. He also accused me of being a quitter and spoke to me in the most unprofessional way I have ever heard. He also stated that it was too late to cancel because the ball has been rolling.
What ball and what rolling? I have received no goods or services from you and I have not even talked to your advisors or coaches to set a schedule up! No forward progress has been made since 9/18!!! In all actuality, if you offer a 3 day period for full refund and cancellation is irrelevant, even though I was told there was such period, and here is why. The law states that any transaction occurring buy credit card not at the store premises has a three day right to recession.
I would also like to point out that your company has several complaints consistent with mine against it. You also have an unsatisfactory standing with the BBB of Missouri. What it all boils down to is that your company is involved in very unethical and in my opinion illegal practices. I have already begun a dispute process with my credit card company and I have my lawyer standing by. I am hoping that we won't have to take these routes to reach a resolution. Please rightfully refund my full investment of $8,200.00. Thanks.
