I also just realized that the $3000.00 charge specifically was made by WebMarketingSource.com
I did not realize that I also had to make a complaint against them, and not only Captures.com
So this morning I filed acomplaint against WebMarketingSource.com still requesting my refund.
They are the same company who found a way to separate themselves. I realize that when I saw that the charges were made by both Capture.com for a monthly fee, and WebSourceMarketing.com for the $3,000.00.
The only response I have gotten was to the BBB showing an email that I wrote under duress where I stated that I made a $10.00 error in a price they quoted.
Realizing that I made that error because when I was on the phone I was linked to a page by a Michael Bigsby where the price was something like a $117.00 and he told me to hold on and he used that page price to change records and cover himself to claim that I did sign a first contract, which he made me promise not to tell that I did not sign it or check the box agreeing to the contract.
So, then I saw a new price change which I think was $99.99, and I really thought it was about $80 something originally. The $10.00 is and was not the issue. I was so upset I said if it is about the $3000.00, keep it. Ending with "You do what you think is the right thing to do", or so.
I have not contacted them since, because again; I feel like I am gonna have a heart attack, with the pains in my left arm, dizzyness and the darn nausea.
I really was trying to look for help on the internet, to see if I could talk to someone to calm me down, because I was afraid to call anyone.
I think these people at: WebMarketingSource.com and Captures.com are really cruel for putting me through this.
I was told by: Mr.Warren Dedrer(?) that if I did not do what I did this would not have happened. I am assuming he meant file complaints.
That was the last I heard from them, except for whom I think was a Mr.Jones who called me about an email I sent to Mr.Warren D. under duress and Mr.Jones said he was pleased that I sent Warren that email. Mr. Jones called me on a day my husband was very ill from the Chemo, and told me it was not about the money. I was again furious.
If it was not about the money, why is it that I still have not heard from them and gotten a refund.
I will email my credit card company again, and will try the attorney gerneral. I appreciate the support.
I am so embarrassed about this.
