28 Sep. 2007 sent a payment via Paypal of $150.00 USD to Michael Mann, Web Media Projects.
21 Sep. 2007 sent a payment via Paypal of $150.00 USD to Michael Mann, Web Media Projects.
14 Sep. 2007 sent a payment via Paypal of $50.00 USD to Michael Mann, Web Media Projects.
13 Sep. 2007 sent a payment via Paypal of $100.00 USD to Michael Mann, Web Media Projects.
Total payments sent to Michael Mann, Web Media Projects of $450.00 USD.
The payments were made in relation to an online booking system that an employee of Web Media Projects (Jeff Paris) was supposed to create for me. The employee has since left the company and did not create the online booking system I requested.
I lodged complaints with Paypal on 20 Oct. 2007 stating that I had been a victim of internet fraud because Web Media Projects had taken my money and not provided anything in return, the complaint reference numbers are PP-353-501-784, PP-353-501-223, PP-353-500-712, PP-353-499-912.
I closed the complaint with Paypal because on 21 Oct. 2007 Michael Mann, Web Media Projects stated After conversation with the client in this case we believe this is a misunderstanding. We have agreed to perform the work requested in accord with a Scope of Work forwarded to us by the client. This work is to be performed within 14 days from this date or we waive any dispute from the client for a refund of all monies paid via paypal. The scope of work is a document forwarded to us, via email, from the client on this date. We also find that the client was acting in good faith during this dispute.
The 14 day period expired on 4 Nov. 2007 and Michael Mann, Web Media Projects has not provided the completed online booking system or a refund as agreed.
As of todays date 8 Nov. 2007 I believe that the statement made by Michael Mann, Web Media Projects on 21 Oct. 2007 was a complete lie, and that his company never intended to deliver the online booking system or a refund.
I also believe that it was the intention of Michael Mann, Web Media Projects to defraud me!

I'd like to say I believe this to be all resolved now, I think in the heat of the moment it all got out of control.
The facts as I see it are as follows:
I paid Jeff Paris aka phpl33t and zerofunk that I know of $450 through Paypal which was collected by Michael Mann of Web Media Projects. This was paid to Michael because Jeff Paris says he did not have a Paypal account. I believe that Michael passed this money on to Jeff and that's where Michael's involvement in this matter ceased. He acted in a totally professional manor.
Jeff Paris took the Money from Michael Mann and that's who my complaint should have been with the reason I went after Michael was because that's who my Paypal receipt was made out to but I now understand he did not have my money Jeff did!
Jeff did eventually refund me $150 through Paypal as documented on the internet (I'm not convinced about the date as I no longer have access to that account) but the money Jeff claims was sent by Western Union, well that is a complete lie! Jeff did in fact eventually complete some other work for me thus writing off his debt but as a coder he let me down badly.
I hope this clears things up, to cut a long story short I have been repaid in full and I no longer have a complaint with Michael Mann.

I have found peace with my life and enjoy living every day. I am getting married next year and have a beautiful baby girl on the way. What have you got? You rent a trailer and have dozens of lawsuits on the way from your clients. I am sure you already got a few subpoenas, like the one on your microwave at the Gulfport office before I left. The one saying you were being sued.
I'm done dude, enough with the lies and freaky allegations. You are 5 cans short of a six pack. To think you were ever my friend. Always pressuring me to drink and smoke pot, even though I tell you I don't want that crap.

Mike, you never fired me, I left on holiday for the weekend. You were supposed to send me $600 via western union so I could return home cause I was low on cash and that is the amount you owed me. You one days said "I will western union it tomorrow" and then the next day you told me that you owed me nothing and to F*** off. I then was stranded 2 states away with a car that had about 1/2 gallon of fuel.
As far as bad checks, I paid the 1 bad check I had and cleared my name. Accidents happen. I paid for the check.
As far as being wanted for questioning, you are a liar. In fact, the Gulfport investigators, I think were more interested in you. You probably had your kids' contacts break in and steal this stuff in order to break you out of your contract with Aarons's home rentals so you could legally leave the state to your new home in Texas without owing a thing.

Jeff is not wanted by the police for anything. As he says, check the Police Report number you filed, anyone can, not by calling the officer you mentioned, but by calling Mr Brown, head of CI in Gulfport Mississiipi. You can easily check and email yourself the officers in charge or call them.Life is a bitch when you lie and it all comes back to haunt you online.

Somehow, Jeff and his ilk are managing to enlist the aid of purportedly innocent individuals who speak before thinking.
All of this got started over a disgruntled employee I had to fire for theft. Someone wanted in Illinois for bad checks. someone who Broke and entered our offices, stole computers, stole a laptop and ran. someone wanted for questioning in two states.
Now this person has made a complaint against me under three different names that I know of. NOW, this Naresh comes out of nowhere, lists as an ex-employee, then tries to make a statement that opening a new branch under Develop123.com and using my middle name to differentiate the calls for employment is somehow a bad thing.
I'm not sure where Jeff is getting these people, or names, but I wish to state once and for all, that our company has a long history of satisfied customers and will always maintain the highest standards of programming.
We have no idea who this Naresh is. He came via email asking for emplyment and now is holding himself out as an ex-employee.
This is getting ludicrous and the use of this website to try and destroy our business is totally wrong.

Web Media Projects never had a development agreement with Nick and he knows this to be true. He contracted with Jeff Paris BEFORE he ever became an employee of Web Media.
When Jeff left our employ and did not complete this project Nick demanded that our company reimburse him his project fee.
We made an offer to complete the project for good customer service but this thief wanted it on his terms. Since he was not a paying customer we offered to do it on our terms. We could not come to a meeting of minds and the offer was dropped.
Nick continues to use this forum in order to force our company to reimburse him funds never paid to us. He states he paid us this money which is an outright falsehood.
Nick knows all of this to be true and uses this forum for extortion and figures we will have no recourse but to give him money he never paid to us.
It will never happen, Nick. I will close my doors before ever giving in to extortion and lies.
Get as many people as you can con into this to help you but you will NEVER get me to give you something you don't have coming simply because you threaten me and use these forums against our company.
