Web Search USA, GPhrase, Ranks one Hasn't completed the work they were hired and paid for. Santa Ana California

I hired this company to get my company on page one Google and when I wasn't happy with what they did for me I opted for my 30 day money back gauarantee. When the company didn't respond to my many request for my money back, I contacted my bank to have them file a claim With visa. They showed visa that I was one page one Google with search terms I myself got ranked and Visa allowed them to keep the money. I contacted gphrase aka Ranksone aka Web Search USA and asked what the plan was for my account since I had paid for a year and was told they had never been paid and that no work was gonna be done. Visa and my bank both say the funds have been released to them and I call daily to talk with them but haven't received what I paid for.  If something changes I'll update this complaint.
