This company refuses to issue a refund despite repeated attempts of contacting their cust support. The terms & conditions clearly states that only if the product is installed, there's no refund. I get that. I immediately notified their live chat on the website upon purchasing in error, and was told to fill out a support ticket which I did a few times. They refuse to issue a refund on a product mistakenly purchased and never installed or used. Total scammers!!!! Buyer beware!!!!
