 The complaint has errors and need to be updated,  The owner of website was charged with Child Pornograph but the Court dismissed the charge because of lack of evidence.  The owner is not a reigster Sexual Offender.  The owner was charged with Harrassment, but some of the cases were dismiised. 

The Mesquite Police person in charge was Det. Micmeal Meek. If you Google his name, you will noticed he was sited for prejury on another case.  He did not have his facts right.  This case also and that is why the Court dismissed charges.

Nicole McDonald moved tenants into the vacant house of former Sacramento Kings star by Shopping Sidekick Plugin" target="_blank">Mike Bibby. Nicole charged these the renters $1500.00 a month, by way all the money went into her pocket. Then she posted two signs in the window of  Bibby house that said: warning against trespassing and claiming the home
was the "Private Property of sovereign Woman of republic of California" and that federal and state employees could not access the property and that  the house was under the protection of a sovereign republic and that  trespass could be met with "self- defense" and "justifiable homicide."

Nicole then posted the name of Phillis Powers and her broker licenses underneath the sign. Talk about throwing a friend under the bus. Well thats what
Nicole did to Phillis Powers who was unaware that Nicole was using her name.
After all the indictments came down Nicole did the disappearing act  and left everybody else holding the bag to get
prosecuted and indicted.

Wow! this is not the first time I heard of Nicole McDonald scamming people, so if she is selling you a pie in the sky dream that she can stop your house from going to a trustee sale I would strongly think twice before you get involved with her because she will more than likely take your money and then through you under the bus. William Richard Mitchell of Mesquite,TX(claims to be from The Netherlands) AKA Suzanne, Janietta and Sasja or whatever other feminine name he can think of using has been harassing stalking, blackmailing, recording, and uploading stolen videos from Myfreecams, Chaturbate(affiliate account suspended) and other cam sites for a long time.   I got involved because I thought he was a scumbag and at the time, Myfreecams had a civil lawsuit against him. http://courtecom.dallascounty.org/pav/  Enter cc1107448a in the court case number box. I found out that he had a long history of blackmail and abuse toward women.  Myfreecams dropped their civil suit against William Mitchell in January of this year, probably due to the lack of money Mr. Mitchell had.  They were putting more in than they knew they'd get out. His form of blackmail is to record and upload a cam girl's video and then require them to submit their accurate personal info to get it taken down.  Well, he does not remove the video, but instead he uses their valid DMCA info against them.  At one point, he had a model's wedding video(kids included) uploaded to his shady as shit website along with the model's name and address. His recent escapades include calling and harassing a model daily and refusing to talk to her significant other. He requests to only talk to the model.  Also, recording and uploading 2 videos of an anonymous model(from Chaturbate) and 2 videos of another anonymous model(from Chaturbate) as well as calling daily to harass anonymous model 2 after an agreement was made that if she left him alone, he'd do the same.  Yes, that is partly why I am writing this... It is to let people know who this a**hole really is.  So that models, porn stars, and cam sites can get the word out without retaliation from the scumbag.   He had his Chaturbate affiliate account suspended and since then, has been trying to blackmail anonymous model 2 into getting it reinstated so he can continue making money from stolen content.
