Webco Construction and United Services or USSA is all a scam to defraud the government and smaller contractors.
Especially small business and 8a tribal contractors. Leroy Weber, Collin Dalgran, Adam Cavelli, Rolf Scherer all own a portion of this company and several other companies. They prey on and continually look for 8a, service disabled companies, tribal 8a companies and small business to present to the government to help these businesses get into government contracts that they may not be able to get into as quickly without these con artists. They have paid off personnel on several bases throughout the united states to get contracts that would not be normally given to them and they should all be in jail. They owe countless contractors hundreds of thousands of dollars and have had to close multiple offices because of their financial problems. Now they are trying to get overseas so they can hide from the government. Beware of doing any projects with these people. They cannot obtain bonding and will talk the 8a tribal or other company to take on all the bonding so they have no responsibility. What a scam.

Tim,
You are just another person that Leroy paid off to write this stupid response.
Leroy will pay, take advantage, walk over, to get what he wants and laughs how
he can talk contracting officers or engineers to do anything he wants. You are one
of those spineless individuals and I witnessed it. Brian Holt was another in Hawaii.
I'm still there finally working with a company that doesn't have to lie and cheat. Webco
acheived nothing more than losing money and receiving poor past performance ratings.
I'm glad their out of business so now Leroy is just scamming contracting in southern
California. That too will fail like everything else he has been able to destroy.

To Whom it may concern,
I was employee of this company for about 8 years. Leroy Weber was an outstanding employer. He always went the extra mile for his employees. The accusations contained in the above "Rip Off Report" are absolutely ridiculous. The accusations are so flimsy and groundless that the accuser is afraid to post the false accusations using his real and true name. I agree wholeheartedly with Leroy's offer to sit down with the accuser, attorneys, and a federal judge to present his argument. Defamation of character without revealing your true identity is an act of cowardice. There is nothing like a courtroom to bring the true facts to light.

In defense to accusations made against me personally and or my business ethics, this is pretty incredible. Think about the words and language used in this report written against me. if I Leroy were to do such things as was mentioned, don't you think I would be in jail? It's amazing how you people are allowed to post stuff on Internet with searching the facts. all I ask, is that whomever is posting such lies, contact me and deal with me face to face. You apparently think you know everything about, so contact me and show me who you are. I would love to sit in front an attorney and the federal agencies that you are talking about and discuss this. I'm asking you to come to the table. Let's see if you can.
