SEO Reputation Management at its best!

While dealing with web.com I was not pleased with the website they created for me.  I waited to recieve hits and it did not get any.  I called web.com and told them that the trial for my website was almost over and it is not working out but they assured me that if I gave it more time business will grow.  At the end of the one month trial stated in the agreement there would be no charge if I had cancelled before the trail date.  I was not pleased with the service or the site and I canclled it.  The support person begged me to stay on but I declined and recived a email stating that it was over and my account was closed.  Then suddenly I noticed charges on my account.  I called back and they said they do not know anything about these account charges.  I know this is a lie because they are the only company that I allowed to have access to that particular account and once it was closed I thought that my information would be safe.  I asked the bank to research the event and they did an investigation that was linked to a porn site that had my account information.  I could not put it together because the deliberate misconception and fraud done to my account was very misleading.  The bank did not know about web.com's involvement and sided with the porn site saying I charged porn which was a discredit to my reputation and the credit reporting agency is trying to black mark my score for the unpaid fraud that the bank stopped.  I now know how this all started and it was with Web.com.  I surely hope that others are not being treated the same way that I was.  I am filing a report with all the agencies that need to know this is happening and a police report to get to the bottom of this fraud.

This reply from the company screams of "form letter" like they have this same response ready to go at any time.  Everywhere you look on the internet, and I've done extensive research, for reviews of this site, you find complaints just like the ones here with the only ones coming to their defense being the company itself.  It won't be hard, therefore, to decide whether or not to use their very questionable services.
