I was looking at my online checking account last week and noticed a strange charge for $9.00 for Reservation Rewards and scanned to last month where I saw it again. I immediately called my bank and had a FRAUD ALERT put on my account and cancelled my debit card. The bank, Wells Fargo, told me that they had been taking $9.00 a month since 2005-5 years!!!
I thought it was Netflix while scanning before because I don't have any other small monthly charges. I contacted Reservation Rewards and they said that they got my checking account info through PetCo. I have complained to PetCo and to the company itself and now I am trying to find a lawyer.
I have NEVER heard of this company and NEVER used their "service." They have stolen approximately $2340 from me over the past 5 years. They never contacted me. The smallest amount of reasearch would show that I never logged on, used their service or even went to their website until last week to demad my money back. I live below the poverty level and so that is a lot of money to me. I am so upset and I cannot beleive that this happened and I know that they are doing it to thousands if not, millions of other people. I think this would constitute a class action lawsuit but either way, I am taking this to small claims, even though I can't afford it, just on PRINCIPAL! If you ever see this companies name on your account-CANCEL, IT'S A SCAM!!!
