Um, not sure what you're trying to pull here, but your statements are COMPLETELY FALSE. There's not been a recent or past visit by anyone from the department(s) you claim to be from, nor has there ever been. It's highly unlikely that a representative from the govrmt. would even waste their time to post on a site such as this, not to mention all the privacy/disclosure laws you just broke by publicly recording supposed details about your visit, which again are completely false and clearly appear to be "made-up by you."

We welcome any visitors to our physical office location, which is located in a great building in a great city. Yes, our address is posted in several places including our website contact page, as we urge current or prospective clients and anyone else who may find it convenient to come visit us. We have had many clients receive training at our location or visit us before signing up.

By the way, our employees are REQUIRED to wear company provided uniforms with collars and appropriate slacks or pants, so again I find your claims hard to believe.

I was also wondering what airline you use? You're telling me if I lived in Florida and wanted to visit Redmond, Wa, I can for $200 dollars, yeah right. For someone who works for the supposed places you claim, I find it hard to believe you would be confused on current airline prices, especially with all the various office locations you claim to have traveled to.

Stop wasting yours and others' time, you haven't been here, you know nothing about how we work and it's evident by your report and false claims. If you want to continue playing games on ROR type sites, it's up to you, but don't think for a minute that we will not pursue matters that cross certain lines, as your current claims do. You realize it's easy to subpoena account records from Internet sites, even search engines, and you've helped since now there's a permanent record of your ridiculous claims on your account with IP address. Posing or claiming to be from an official government division is highly illegal, I wouldn't be surprised if you were one of our local competitors who recently got audited yourself.

I recently visited this location to audit them. I cannot go into any further detail, but was shocked at what I saw. I have been to thousands of businesses of all types over the past 6 years doing my job. I have never walked into such an unprofessionally run office. People are dressed terribly. The receptionist doesn't really look like she showered in the past few days. The offices are haphazardly thrown together. It looks more like a teenagers basement hangout than a business. I met the owner as well as several employees. Everyone was nice, but professionalism was just about last on their list. I can absolutely see this being a complete rip off of a company based on the impression that was left with me. If they owe anyone a lot of money, I would spend $200 on a plane ticket and go to the offices themselves and demand it back. The address can be found on google.

I am terribly sorry for any confusion in my last report. It wasn't my intention to come off as telling you what to do, or that I know anything more about your experience than what you posted. I simply wanted to give my opinion on the matter and now that I read back, I realize it probably sounded pretty harsh, sorry if it did.

I am glad they did the right thing by you, whatever that was, and that you're back at it. Giving up never solves anything, be sure to continue doing your homework on how to improve your site and listen to what the pros tell you, you're sure to see something if you continue to watch, listen, communicate and learn.

i am very pleased with the results that i have recieved today, and i am very happy with the lady that i spoke with at this company.. they are doing everything to fix the problems, and there were some, so she and i talked and she is doing everything that she can to help me out and address everything that has happened, and it's all been a very good turn out.. she listened to me and went above and beyond to do what was needed for me the consumer..

let me say this for a fact you don't know nothing about me or who i am, you have no right to judge me on my money matters, you don't know what i have been dealing with, when it comes to these people.. you know what the one thing i have learned with this company is "yes do my homework," that is research every company that says they can do the greatest job for you, and make sure that you research the companies also.
also you know you don't know what kind of money i had when i started this adventure with my site, so you need to know the facts about a situation and not judge someone on the mistakes that someone else makes..
i am not the only one that these people have done this too.. so you know just because i am a woman doesn't mean that i am dumb and nieve to things..
i was just stupid to listen to a man you tells you that they can do all these things for you, and listen to a man who preaches the word of god, when apparently they trully dont' know it..
let me say this, you have no idea about my web adventure, so don't sit there and tell me what i should do and shouldn't do.. because once again you don't know nothing about me again..
it's just sad that i am not the only person they have taken advantage of and apparently there are 20 reports that have been taken by the attorney general for this state where they conduct buisness in.. so you know it's a matter of buisness practice and treating the consumer in the right manner..
you have no right to tell me to keep a better hold onto my finances, because you know what people get screwed everyday, unfortunatly i have learned my lesson, never do buisness with this company ever and never referr anyone to them...

Oh no, you have been trying for a whole month now and nothing? Get serious, really. It takes well over the time you've waited since 3/08 before you can begin to see the results they told you about. Why do you think they don't begin charging your credit card the fee until AFTER a few months? The reason is, it takes a few months to see improvement. If you have been taken already by another company and didn't have the money to spend, you should have simply hung the phone up. Better yet, it takes a personal and financial investment to make all this work, if you don't have one or the other, it typically won't work, unless you plan on doing everything yourself, which again may take personal and financial investments. I think you should continue to save your money until you have enough to try a web venture that has a REALISTIC chance of succeeding. These people will help you, but it won't happen overnight. By the sounds of things in your report, it doesn't seem like you are willing to do what is required to see the results, let alone wait the time it takes. Wasn't all this explained in your contract? How can you own a website and know about services like this and not know that it is all a PROCESS? Seems strange to me, but what do I know? I wish you the best of luck, hopefully you keep better watch over your finances in the future, that way you won't be forced to report on something that actually may have been avoided had you simply made an excuse to say NO.
