This company called weighpack promised me that thier machine could do everything i wanted. They would not ship untill i paid in full and when i recieved the machine is was not operational. Then they wanted $5,000.00 to send a service tech to fix it. I had to pay all the money up front. Well lo and behold the tech told me i purchased a lemon and they stopped answering my calls. I have since learned there are many companies that have sued weighpack because they make machines that are junk and continue to sell them as new and operational. This company is from Montreal Canada I believe that those french surrender monkeys are getting thier thrills by ripping off the americans. Please dont buy anything from weighpack.

I am speaking the language of my Province and I am not the language police or the PQ so I dont care if you are speaking only English in the place but you just seem pathetic to make jokes on my English.

I write because your company needs be closed down for all those illegal activity with the staff and the customers. You dn not like when we speak the truth and you react like a fool when you reply with insulting the people who arw HONEST.

You just make your image even more bad for yourself and the customers already know it.

EX -TRAINEE blowing steam with innuendo and nonsense

AUTHOR: Louis - ()

Several things are very obvious.

The first is that your writing skills , grammar and composition are very poor. This could have been the cause of your dismissal after only 11 weeks in training.

In Quebec there is no severance obligation by the employer if an employee is released within 12 weeks of employment. Furthermore recruiting agencies typically extend a free replacement garantee if the person leaves employment for any reason within 12 weeks. Thus it stands to reason that there was good cause to sever your position in 11 weeks.

To set the record straight our company continues to grow and expand. Today we employ over 125 people in our organization. We have many people that have been working between 5 to 20 years in our company. We continue to recruit thru several agencies.  I know of no agency that will not gladly take a mandate from us to recruit personnel.

The real question is how a person that worked in our company for 11 weeks can pretend to know so much. This in itself makes you not credible. 2012 was another record year in sales and deliveries.

I am sorry it did not work out for you as I am sure if you were right for the position you would still be there. However at some point you must releave yourself of this bitterness that you exude and move on with your life.

Keep in mind what I said in last email;

do not lie on your CV and do not embellish, exagerate and pretend to be something you are not when applying for a new job. In the end it will bite you in the a*s if you do. You can fool employers some of the time but not all of the time. Some act sooner and some act  later but in time the reality of what a person can or cannot do comes thru.

Good luck with your future and quit worrying about ours. Hopefully you will find your path to success and serenity in whatever career you find elsewhere..

Lucky escape

The only incompetEnce is the management.

I never actually met you in person so I can not comment on you as a person but it shows how much you care about your employees. I saw you once when you came in one afternoon and you completely ignore everyone and go in your office. You never once came up to introduce yourself and my own supervisor, your son, never introduce me. I was there was just over 11 weeks.

What would you gain from knowing my identity? I am not the one with questionable ethics. I do not bully and mistreat my employees. By having my name it would only be useful to you to try to intimidate me to recant my statement.

you know everything is true. what you perhaps not know is the extent. i truly beleive that you are ignorant about how much damage your sons are doing to your business. you are probably a decent person who just wants to do well for his family, so am i. but if you want to be kind to your kids and give them something for the future you must let them go and learn the business somewhere else or they will have no future.

They are ruining you. They did not work a day in their life and what they think they know is all wrong. This is not what success is build on. You said mice don't build business but you have two running yours. If you are a real man you will see that.

To attack your ex-employees for speaking truth as you just did shows that you have something to be worried about. you KNOW everything is true and this is why you try to hide it. Your company is well known to all employment agency in Quebec and no one want to sent people to work there because of the revolving door reputation.

You will not retain people since you do not treat them properly and even your customers know.

This guy Arron is clearly one of many customers who have been fooled by your false promeses and of course it is not his real name. he does not have to use his real name.

I am not sorry it did not work out for me. I learn some valuable lessons and to not be fooled or use again bad judgment.

I wish you to overhaul your management by losing the managers and hire some people who know what they are doing. You will never keep the best people because they are smart and they know they are waisting efforts in a no hope situation.

stop selling lemons.

Disgruntled EX-Employee

AUTHOR: Louis - ()

POSTED: Sunday, April 07, 2013

It is pretty obvious that when someone complains and makes statements  to the public without divulging there identity it demonstrates cowardice, potential lies and lack of character of the person.

The tone and content of the message by this ex-employee clearly shows that this person is very angry and probably because this person was relieved of there duties [ fired ]  due to incompetance and / or inability to do the job hired to do.

By being anonymous it is obvious the statements are lies and slanderous. People of conviction and character that were slighted or have a legitimate complaint do not hide their identities.

As of today we never heard from an Aaron of Las Vegas and at this date I challenge this meek, insecure and lying ex-employee to come out of the closet and not hide like a little mouse.

Mice do not build businesses, real men and women do.

On a final note, sorry the job did not work out for you. Hopefully as a result you learnt to not lie on your C.V. and during the interview process.  We always try to hire smart, hardworking, dynamic people with good character and judgement. I assume we got fooled when we hired you.

This company DOES rip off customers

AUTHOR: Ispeakthetruth - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, February 03, 2013

Aaron T DOES exist. Perhaps not by that name, but there are MANY Aarons throughout the United States and Canada. All of them have the same common link: they were ripped off by this poor excuse for a company.

It took almost 4 years for the owner to respond and in that time there have been other less than satisfied customers. Are you really that naive to think he would use his own name?

Weighpack Systems not only rips off customers, but they also bully and mistreat their employees.

It is foolish for the owner to say that there have been no lawsuits, because this is false and the information can be found easily in public records if you know where to look. A simple Google search of the owner's name and company name will yield interesting results.

The owner is not fully responsible for this mess. That fault lies in his obnoxious and useless sons who are running the company to the ground. Even the employees (I am a former employee who left after only 3 months in the job) see it first-hand.

Customers are always calling to complain, and the words "sold you a lemon" likely came from the mouth of Nick himself, as this is something he says. He is so arrogant when he speaks to customers he forgets that they are the ones paying the salary and funding his high life in Miami, where he was based until fairly recently.

The company is run by a family and Steven who answered before is a close friend of this family. It makes sense he would defend them, but it does not excuse or hide the fact that his employers are crooks who have been investigated by the RCMP before.

With the exception of the borderline racist comment, which was completely unnecessary and totally unnacceptabl, everything Aaron T said is true for many customers.

Aaron does not exist and the posting is a lie!

AUTHOR: Louis - (Canada)

POSTED: Saturday, January 05, 2013

We know of no AAronT in Las Vegas nor have we sold any machines to anyone by that name.

We have no lawsuits filed against us.

We suspect that this posting was created by a disgruntled ex-employee that was caught stealing and subsequently fired.

If Aaron was for real and so his claim, we hereby challenge Aaron to divulge his full real name, and his company name so that anyone, including ourselves,  can investigate the veracity of his claim.

We deliver 15 to 20 million dollars of product every year and would not be in business 20 years if  what this fictitious Aaron  person stated was anywhere close to being true.

Shame on ripoffreport for allowing people to post reports and hide behind alias. As I registered for this rebuttal I also was given a choice to hide behind a fictitious name but when one is truthful, one has no reason to not divulge there true identity.

#1 UPDATE Employee

Touching Base...

AUTHOR: Steven - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 08, 2009

Aaron,

I would like to first introduce myself, I am Steven McKeown and I work at WeighPack, have been for years. I searched our records for machines sales to a person named Aaron in the Las Vegas area; I was not able to find a record of you purchasing our machines. Nor was I able to find any record of us being sued' by anyone named Aaron Thomas either.

If you did in fact buy a WeighPack machine my number is 514-422-0808 x280 and my email is stevenm @ weighpack.com (remove spaces), feel free to give me a call or an email and we will be more than happy to help resolve whatever issues you may be having with your machine. I will even try to arrange for your machine to be serviced in our Las Vegas System Center where we can have a technician look into the problem.

If, on the other hand, you did not actually purchase a machine and are a begrudging ex-employee (which is what my instincts are telling me), we are sorry that we needed to let you go, things were obviously not working out. By the way that you like to slander us for being Canadian, and call us french surrender monkeys', it makes sense that we would let you go as we do not tolerate that kind of senseless trash talk at WeighPack. WeighPack is a global company, and though our head office may be in Montreal, Canada, we have offices all over the USA in an attempt to help out our American customers as best we can. We would never slander, or rip off Americans', and we would most certainly never have such a poor choice in words to describe any American's, whether customer, supplier, or citizen's the way that you have chosen to portray Montrealers, Quebecers, and Canadians.

Furthermore, our technicians are professionals who take pride in their work. If one of our technicians told you that you bought a lemon (which I HIGHLY doubt) please let me know which one of our technicians said that, once again I will take care of that matter personally. It would also help if you have a copy of the service report from the trip outlining that when the technician left your facility you machine was not running to your expectations.

At WeighPack, all of our employees take the reputation of the company extremely seriously and to read on the internet that we are being slandered by a person who only provided his name (which is probably a fake name anyway) puts such a bad taste in my mouth. If you are going to accuse us of wrong doing, and to suggest that our company is involved in illegal activities to steal for our customers, at least give us the right to face our accuser and provide a little more information about yourself.

Anyway, as I have said, feel free to contact me directly, or reply to this with either your company name, your machine serial number, your phone number, your address, or any piece of information that might validate you as being a real customer, and which might aid us in resolving you machine issues.

Regards,
Steven McKeown
