Wells Fargo Bank was another name in Kent Lakes , Carmel , NY 10512 and I wish they was still around I also had the same problem with Hudson Valley Bank that took over Putnam Federal where they don't show what you hav Con Job Liars and fake names when you call their customer service to apply for loans/ or will help to do fraud cannot get straight answers Carmel New York

I was with Wacovia Bank and Wells Fargo took the name and bank over. It seems like when Banks take over another bank that you was dealing with something for a long time, something screwed up goes on.

Putnam Credit Federal Bank on Route 6, Carmel, NY the samething.   Putnam Credit, I paid back  over $5000 loan back and all they could do is put down what is owed and if you have a credit card with the bank they don't like your amount in your account, they will take your credit card away and will not notify you. I  also was in a car accident also and told them this was when the turn and did some pretty messed up things and I can't find out if this is legal.

Now Wells Fargo has pulled some things that are funny to them but not very nice things to me.  It started with applying for a loan and was talking with loan dept. customer service and was told by a male that gives you a nickname and not a business name. I was told that I was approved and was given a date to go in and sign papers. When I got to the branch to sign, I was told no it wasn't approved.  I never received a phone call or a letter that I wasn't approved and when I asked for a the VIP dept to complain, I was told you have to write or fax. I wrote a letter and faxed the letter and they never got in touch with you. this infomation was also on yelp about the same thing that happen.  I then was told to apply on line loans and was aproved but got a call from a Blue Ridge Atty Group that told me my SS# was all over the internet Wells Fargo and some of the companies that say they are a loan  company do not have a license to do so and Wells Fargo also has some of the over the internet instant loans they are envolued with also. they charge way over the interest amounts that they makeup and they should not do.    The atty company told me to put stop in the bank account and I did right away and spoke to customer service another male that said no problem we will do this right away.  Wells Fargo didn't did not and now has a bill  for over $795.00 and demands to pay this. I have proof that wells fargo has been doing haressment calls and hangs up on you. When I called and spoke to them, and told them stop calling and hanging up. They don't even send letters to let you know about the fraud because they are commiting fraud themselves and now with everything and they would be taken all of the companies that pulled this.  Wells Fargo is one of the major banks that got the 13 billon dollars to do what they wanted. Please be awre of all the banks that are hurting us and bringing us down.   They are a con, a scam a ripped off and have made our life stressfull and upsetting.
