Can't anything be done about all these predatory banking practices with pernicious fees that are bleeding us all to death? As a small business owner, I can only say that banking with Wells Fargo has been an unrelenting nightmare. They seem hell bent on blocking each and every avenue for small business to be able to thrive. Not one of their banking policies is designed to help business, but instead to block progress and bleed you to death with fees. Creating ovedraft fees..

The only person who can create overdraft fees on an account is the account owner(s). If you have $100 in your account and you spend $100 or less in any number of transactions, it doesn't matter what sequence they are posted in, you will not have an overdraft. If you keep your account balance positive then you will have no OD fees and more money to grow your business.

If you run a busines then you should reconcile YOUR BANK STATEMENT!! And KEEP A CHECK REGISTER!! Stop relying on online, phone and atm banking because they are not accurate. Any business student in their first year of college can tell you that. It is your responsibility to maintain your account and not the bank's. And NO I don't work for them nor do I bank there.
